核梭杆菌和胰腺癌的关系及临床意义

摘　　要：核梭杆菌常常定植在人体的自然腔道中,尤其富集在口腔,可以与宿主产生共生关系。随着近些年对核梭杆菌的深入研究,发现核梭杆菌和多种疾病相关。最近的研究发现其感染和胰腺癌的发生、发展息息相关。研究表明,核梭杆菌在胰腺肿瘤组织中丰度更高,并且核梭杆菌和胰腺癌患者预后差息息相关,同时核梭杆菌能够通过多种机制促进胰腺癌的发生发展。本文对核梭杆菌和胰腺癌的关系及其对胰腺癌的发生发展机制进行综述,能够为我国在胰腺癌诊断或治疗上提供一定的参考价值。Fusobacterium nucleatum often colonizes in the natural cavity of the human body,especially in the mouth,and can have a symbiotic relationship with the host.With the in-depth study of Clostridium nucleatum in recent years,it has been found that Clostridium nucleatum is related to many diseases.Recent studies have found that its infection is closely related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer,Studies have shown that Clostridium nucleatum is more abundant in pancreatic tumor tissues,and Clostridium nucleatum is closely related to poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients,and Clostridium nucleatum can promote the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer through multiple mechanisms.In this paper,the relationship between Fusobacterium nucleum and pancreatic cancer and its occurrence and development mechanism were reviewed,which could provide some reference value in the diagnosis or treatment of pancreatic cancer in our country.
