江苏省首例人感染H9N2禽流感流行病学特征

摘　　要：目的分析江苏省首例人感染H9N2禽流感病例流行病学特征及临床表现,为禽流感防控提供相关依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对病例和密切接触者进行调查和分析,采集病例、密接、环境样本进行实验室检测。结果病例确诊为人感染H9N2禽流感,密切接触者均为阴性;病例有活禽与活禽市场暴露史,多份活禽市场环境样本检出H9N2病毒阳性。结论该病例为江苏省首例人感染H9N2禽流感病例,可能的感染来源为活禽市场暴露。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and clinical manifestations of the first human case with avian influenza H9N2 virus infection in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide insights into the management of avian influenza.Methods The case and close contacts were investigated and analyzed using a descriptive epidemiological method,and case,close con-tacts and environmental samples were collected for laboratory tests.Results The case was definitively diagnosed with human avian in-fluenza H9N2 virus infection,and all close contacts were tested negative for H9N2 virus.The case had a history of exposure to live poul-try markets,and multiple environmental samples from live poultry markets were tested positive for H9N2 virus.Conclusions This case is the first human case with avian influenza H9N2 virus infection in Jiangsu Province,which may be caused by exposure to live poultry markets.
