摘 要:原发性肝癌形成和进展过程中,逐渐酸化的肿瘤微环境发挥着关键作用。免疫细胞在酸性微环境调控下,分化与功能向免疫抑制发生转变,进一步导致了肝癌免疫逃逸。本文就肝细胞癌肿瘤酸性微环境的形成、酸性微环境下各类免疫细胞的变化及其对肝细胞癌发生发展的作用和其机制进行综述,旨在为肝细胞癌免疫治疗研究提供新思路。The gradually acidified tumor microenvironment plays a key role in the formation and advance of hepatocellular carcinoma.Under the regulation of acidic microenvironment,the differentiation and function of immune cells change to immunosuppression,which further leads to the occurrence of immune escape of hepatocellular carcinoma.In this paper,the formation of acidic microenvironment of hepatocellular carcinoma,the changes of various immune cells in acidic microenvironment and their effects on the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma,as well as their further mechanisms are reviewed in order to provide new ideas for the study of immunotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.
