艾灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征研究概况

摘　　要：肠易激综合征是临床上常见的功能性胃肠道疾病,其中以腹泻型肠易激综合征最为多见。随着艾灸治腹泻型肠易激综合征研究地不断深入,发现艾灸可以借由灸火的热力和艾绒药物的作用以扶阳助气和温经通络,临床效果显著。通过检索近十年来国内外艾灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的相关文献,简述了西医学和中医学对腹泻型肠易激综合征的发病机理的认识、多种艾灸方法及相关综合疗法等方面的研究概况,分析表明艾灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征具有安全性高、疗效确切及综合疗法多样化的独特优势,以期为今后艾灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床应用与研究提供新思路、新依据,为探索最优效的治疗方案提供参考资料。Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS)is a common clinical Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders(FGIDs).Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Diarrheal(IBS-D)is the most commonform.With the deepening of research on the treatment of IBS-D by moxibustion,moxibustioncan help Yang and qi,warm the channels and channel,and have significant clinical effect on the treatment of IBS-D by the heat of moxibustion fire and the action of moxibustion medicine.By searching the relevant literature of moxibustion treatment of IBS-D at home and abroad in the past ten years,the author briefly describes the understanding of the pathogenesis of IBS-D in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,a variety of moxibustion methods and related comprehensive therapy.The analysis showed that moxibustion in the treatment of IBS-D has the unique advantages of high safety,accurate efficacy,low long-term recurrence rate and diversified comprehensive therapy,in order to provide new ideas and new basis for the clinical application and research of moxibustion in the treatment of IBS-D in the future,and to provide reference materials for exploring the optimal effect of IBS-D treatment.
