健神利水方治疗急性脑出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察健神利水方对急性(自发性)脑出血患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响及临床疗效。方法90例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均采取西医常规治疗,观察组加予健神利水方治疗,治疗观察期为4周,观察两组入院24 h和治疗7、14、28 d的格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分、神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分及TNF-α、IL-6的变化,同时评估两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为81.39%,高于对照组的72.09%(P<0.05);随着治疗时间的延长,两组NIHSS评分、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均逐步下降(P<0.05),GCS评分逐步上升,观察组的NIHSS及血清IL-1、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的GCS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健神利水方可改善急性脑出血患者意识障碍程度和神经功能缺损,有助于提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of Jianshen Lishui Decoction on serum TNF-αand IL-6 in patients with acute(spontaneous)cerebral hemorrhage and its clinical curative effect.Methods:A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Jianshen Lishui Decoction for 4 weeks.The changes of Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),TNF-αand IL-6 of the two groups at 24 hours after admission and 7,14 and 28 days after treatment were studied,the correlation of TNF-α,IL-6 with GCS and NIHSS was analyzed.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.39%,which was higher than 72.09%of the control group(P<0.05);with the extension of treatment time,the NIHSS score,serum TNF-αand IL-6 decreased gradually(P<0.05),the GCS score increased gradually.The NIHSS and serum IL-1,IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the GCS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianshen Lishui Decoction can improve the degree of consciousness disturbance and nerve function defect in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,which is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy.
