摘 要:目的研究医院公共卫生管理使用PDCA模式的实施效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月寿光市人民医院的22名医务人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月医院基本公共卫生管理采用常规模式,为对照组;2023年1—12月采用PDCA模式,为观察组。对比两组工作能力、管理质量、管理效果、管理总满意度。结果观察组工作能力、管理质量、管理效果各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.247,P<0.05)。结论通过在PDCA模式下开展医院公共卫生管理,可提高医务人员的工作能力,对增强管理满意度均具有重要作用。Objective To study the implementation effect of PDCA model in basic public health management in hospitals.Methods Twenty-two medical staff of Shouguang People's Hospital were selected as the study object from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study object,and the basic public health management of the hospital adopted the conventional mode from January to December 2022 as the control group,while the PDCA mode was adopted from January to December 2023 as the observation group.The two groups'work ability,management quality,management effect,and total management satisfaction were compared.Results All scores of work ability,management quality and management effect in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of management of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.247,P<0.05).Conclusion By carrying out public health management in hospitals under the PDCA model can improve the working ability of medical staff,and plays an important role in enhancing management satisfaction.
