摘 要:国企办医院深化改革稳步前行,但学科建设方面普遍存在发展速度过缓、医疗资源配置不足等限制学科发展的问题。如何推进学科建设成为国企办医院快速、高质量发展亟待解决的问题。本研究以国企办医院一具体学科为研究对象,构建内部资源配置-外部医联体帮扶模型,以医院发展为对照,从效率、质量与技术、学科影响力、患者满意度4个方面进行学科建设成效分析,以期对迫切需要发展的国企办医院的学科建设提供一定指导。State-owned enterprise-run hospitals are moving forward steadily in deepening reforms,but in terms of discipline construction,there are common problems such as slow development and insufficient allocation of medical resources that limit the development of disciplines.How to promote discipline construction has become an urgent problem to be solved for the rapid and high-quality development of state-owned enterprise hospitals.This study takes a specific discipline in a state-owned enterprise hospital as the research object,constructs an internal resource allocation-external medical consortium assistance model,and uses hospital development as a comparison.Analyze the effectiveness of discipline construction from 4 aspects:efficiency,quality and technology,discipline influence,and patient satisfaction.To provide a guidance for the discipline construction of state-owned enterprise hospitals that urgently need development.
