摘 要:目的分析PDCA模式下医院公共卫生管理的实施效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月苏州工业园区疾病防治中心负责公共卫生管理的45名医务人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月实施常规管理,为实施前。2023年1—12月实施PDCA模式,为实施后。对不同管理时间节点的卫生管理项目评分、管理满意度等进行评定。结果实施后的卫生意识、卫生标识、公共区域卫生等相关评分均比实施前高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后的总满意度比实施前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院公共卫生管理过程中,应用PDCA模式,不仅能够提高管理效果,还可促进管理满意度的提升。Objective To analyze the implementation effect of public health management in hospitals under the PDCA model.Methods A total of 45 medical staff responsible for public health management at Suzhou Industrial Park Disease Control and Prevention Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2022,regular management was implemented as before implementation.From January to December 2023,the PDCA model was implemented as after implementation.Health management project scores and management satisfaction at different management time points were evaluated.Results The scores related to health awareness,health labels,and public area sanitation after implementation were all higher than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction after implementation was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA model in the public health management process of hospitals can not only improve the management effect,but also promote the improvement of management satisfaction.
