摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展和个人数字终端的广泛应用,在线学习、数字阅读、在线交流也变得越来越普遍,很多老年人已经跟不上信息科技发展的步伐,“智慧助老”已经变得越来越重要了。本研究基于调查问卷,调查了合肥市老年群体的学习需求及学习平台使用情况,对终身学习平台开展智慧助老进行SWOT分析。研究结果显示老年群体有学习的意愿并且有使用互联网学习的基础和条件,但各大线上学习平台存在使用率不高、适老化不完善等问题。为了更好地使用平台帮助老年群体跟上信息时代,一要提升平台资源质量,提高平台使用率;二要完善平台适老化,增加平台互动性;三要紧跟新媒体脚步,扩大平台影响力;四要加大各方面支持,发挥平台效应力。With the rapid development of information technology and the wide application of personal digital terminals,online learning,digital reading,and online communication are also becoming increasingly common.Many elderly people can no longer keep up with the pace of development of information technology,and"Smart Elderly Care"has become more and more important.Based on questionnaire survey,this study investigated the learning needs and usage of learning platforms among the elderly in Hefei City,and made SWOT analysis of lifelong learning platforms which carry out intelligent assistance to the elderly.The research results show that the elderly group has the willingness to learn and has the foundation and conditions to use the Internet to learn.However,major online learning platforms have problems such as low usage rate and imperfect aging adaptability.In order to better use the platform to help the elderly keep up with the information age,first,the quality of the platform should be improved and its utilization rate should be increased;second,the platform’s adaptability to aging and platform interactivity should be increased;third,we must keep up with the media and expand the influence of the platform;fourth,support from all parties should be increased and the platform effect should be given full play.
