摘　　要：乡村教师核心素养的培育是乡村教师队伍建设的关键。乡村教师核心素养主要包含师德素养、择宜素养和数字素养。乡村教师核心素养培育是促进教育公平,实现共同富裕的重要途径。可从创新师德培育方式、丰富教育实践活动和实践智慧、优化乡村教师数字素养培训体系三方面加强乡村教师核心素养培育。The core competencies of rural teachers are the key to the construction of the rural teacher team.The core competencies of rural teachers include teacher morality competencies,appropriate choosing competencies and digital competencies.The cultivation of core competencies of rural teachers is an important way to promote educational equity and achieve common prosperity.The core competencies cultivation of rural teachers can be strengthened from three aspects:innovating teacher ethics education mode,enriching educational practice activities and practical wisdom,and optimizing the digital literacy training system of rural teachers.
