摘 要:基于高阶理论和烙印理论,选取2015—2021年沪深A股高科技企业作为研究对象,依据“认知-决策/行为-结果”框架,考察高管技术烙印与高科技企业绿色创新能力的内在关系,以及数字赋能的调节作用与影响机制。结果显示:高管技术烙印显著地提升了高科技企业绿色创新能力。数字赋能强化了高管技术烙印对绿色创新能力的促进作用,特别是绿色实质创新能力,而对绿色策略创新能力的效果不显著。战略导向效应和要素驱动效应在数字赋能的影响机制中均发挥显著的部分中介作用。Based on the high-level echelon theory and imprinting theory,taking Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share high-tech listed companies from 2015 to 2021 as the research object,according to the framework of"Cognition-Decision/Behav-iorResult",this paper investigates the internal relationship between executives'technology imprinting and green innova-tion capability of high-tech enterprises,as well as the regulatory effect and influence mechanism of digital empowerment.Results show that executives'technology imprinting significantly improves the green innovation capability of high-tech en-terprises.Digital empowerment strengthens the role of executives'technology imprinting on green innovation capability,es-pecially green substantive innovation capability,but has no significant effect on green strategic innovation capability.Both the strategy-oriented effect and the factor-driven effect play significant partial mediating effects in the influence mecha-nism of digital empowerment.
