摘　　要：基于企业创新信息披露视角,选取2011—2020年中国A股上市公司数据,实证检验数字经济发展对企业创新信息披露的影响效应。实证研究发现:(1)数字经济提升了企业创新信息披露水平,印证了“数字技术赋能-数字数据推动-公司治理重构”的衍变思路;(2)支持了正式制度和非正式制度对企业创新信息披露的协同作用。即外部媒体关注度会强化数字经济发展与企业创新信息披露之间的正向关系,而高管私人关系会弱化上述正向关系;进一步地,数字经济发展影响企业创新信息披露的作用路径取决于知识产权保护的完善和专利信息披露成本的降低。This paper empirically examines the impact of the development of the digital economy on corporate innovation in-formation disclosure using the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2020.First,it finds that the digital economy has improved the level of corporate innovation information disclosure,which confirms the derivation of"digital technology empowermentdigital data promotioncorporate governance reconstruction".Second,it demonstrates the syner-gistic effect of formal and informal institutions on corporate innovation disclosure.Specifically,external media attention strengthens the positive relationship between digital economy development and corporate innovation disclosure,while person-al relationships of executives weaken the above positive relationship.Moreover,the incentive effect of digital economy devel-opment on corporate innovation disclosure is attributed to the strengthening of intellectual property protection and the reduc-tion of innovation information disclosure costs.
