摘 要:目的探讨考前同伴互助联合专项培训对住院医师规范化培训(住培)医师首次执业医师(执医)技能考试成绩和通过率的影响。方法选取安徽理工大学第一附属医院2023年首次参加执医技能考试的住培医师为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用专项培训,研究组在专项培训的基础上联合同伴互助。比较两组执医技能模拟考试成绩、通过率和培训模式满意度。结果共纳入59名住培医师,其中对照组29名、研究组30名。研究组执医技能模拟考试第二站成绩、第三站成绩、总成绩、技能模拟考试通过率、培训模式满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组执医技能考试通过率高于对照组(100%vs.93.10%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论执医考试考前同伴互助联合专项培训有助于提高住培医师的操作能力和执医技能考试通过率,或可为住培医师执医考前培训提供一定参考。Objective To explore the effect of peer assistance combined with special training before the examination on the scores and pass rate of the first medical skill test of the resident physicians in the standardized training.Methods Resident physicians from The First Hospital of Anhui University of Science and Technology who participated in the medical skills examination for the first time in 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number method. The control group received special training, and the study group received special training combined with peer assistance. The scores of medical technology simulation test, pass rate and satisfaction with training mode were compared between the two groups. Results 59 residents were included, with 29 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the study group. The scores of the second station, the third station, the total score, the pass rate of skill simulation examination and the satisfaction with training mode in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The pass rate of the medical skill test in the study group was higher than that in the control group (100% vs. 93.10%), and the difference between two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Peer assistance combined with special training before medical skill examination can improve the operation ability of resident physicians and the pass rate of the medical skill examination, and provide some reference for the pre-examination training of resident physicians..
