摘  要:青少年肌阵挛癫痫(juvenile myoclonic epilepsy,JME)是常见的特发性全面性癫痫综合征亚型,常规磁共振成像无器质性异常,既往被认为是一种良性癫痫。近年来,神经心理学研究发现,JME患者存在执行功能障碍等认知功能障碍。随着神经影像技术的发展,研究结果显示JME患者大脑存在结构及功能的异常。目前JME认知障碍的机制尚未明确。本文综述JME患者的认知功能特点及与脑白质改变关系的研究进展,以进一步阐明JME的潜在病理生理学机制,为早期预测和干预JEM患者认知功能提供参考。Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy(JME)is one of common idiopathic epilepsy syndromes and common magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)shows no abnormalities.It is considered a benign seizure disorder.Recent neuropsychological studies revealed cognitive deficits dominated by impaired executive functions.With the development of neuroimaging technology,studies have identified structural and functional brain abnormalities in the patients of JME.At present,the mechanisms of cognitive impairment in JME have not yet been clarified.This paper reviews the progress of research on the characteristics of cognitive function in patients with JME and its relationship to white matter alterations,to further elucidate the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms of JME and to provide references for early prediction and intervention of cognitive function in JME patients.
