CO_(2)激光治疗女性下生殖道上皮内瘤变的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光治疗女性下生殖道上皮内瘤变的临床效果。方法选取65例女性下生殖道上皮内瘤变患者,随机分为对照组(30例,采用常规三氯醋酸治疗)和研究组(35例,在常规治疗基础上加用CO_(2)激光治疗),对两组患者治疗效果、转阴率及治疗前后免疫功能(IgG、IgM、IgA)水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率、转阴率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前IgG、IgM、IgA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组IgG、IgM、IgA水平均显著改善,研究组患者IgG、IgM、IgA水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CO_(2)激光治疗女性下生殖道上皮内瘤变具有良好的临床效果,不仅更有利于提升转阴率,同时更有利于促进患者免疫功能提升。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))laser in treating intraepithelial neoplasia of female lower reproductive tract.Methods 65 female patients with intraepithelial neoplasia of the lower reproductive tract were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases,treated with conventional trichloroacetic acid)and the study group(35 cases,treated with CO_(2) laser on the basis of conventional treatment).The therapeutic effect,negative conversion rate and immune function(IgG,IgM,IgA)levels before and after treatment were measured in the two groups.Results The total effective rate and negative conversion rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgG,IgM and IgA levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in both groups were significantly improved,and the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion CO_(2) laser treatment for female lower reproductive tract intraepithelial neoplasia has good clinical effects,which is not only more conducive to improving the conversion rate,but also more conducive to promoting the improvement of patient's immune function.
