摘　　要：目的分析2018-2022年国外肿瘤相关期刊发布的高被引论文关键词,揭示肿瘤疾病领域的研究热点,为肿瘤领域相关研究者提供数据支持。方法选取在JCR学科分类中肿瘤学(Oncology)学科下的所有期刊,按2021年影响因子排序,取排名前20位的期刊,分析每本期刊高被引前50篇文章的关键词出现频次及其相关作者数和期刊数。结果20本期刊中有11本被引频次超过10000次,其中CA:A Cancer Journal for Clinicians杂志被引次数最多,达133920次;关键词(组)以“生存”出现频次最多,达107次,总被引频次最高,达65574次,相关作者数最多为1925人,文献数也最多达124篇。肿瘤患者生存、免疫抑制剂相关作者数均超过1000人;肿瘤患者生存、免疫抑制剂、肿瘤标志物领域关键词均出现在20本期刊。结论肿瘤患者生存、免疫抑制剂、肿瘤微环境、标记物是该领域研究热点。各期刊高频关键词的出现次数、总被引频次、文献数排序基本一致。通过高频词关键词(组)的呈现,为肿瘤研究提供了方向。Objective To analyze the keywords of highly cited papers published in foreign tumor-related journals from 2018 to 2022,reveal the research hotspots in the field of tumor diseases,and provide data support for researchers in the field of tumor.Methods All journals in the subject category of Oncology in Journal Citation Reports(JCR)were ranked according to 2021 impact factor,and the top 20 journals were selected.From each journal,the 50 top-cited papers were retrieved,of which the keywords were grouped and analyzed in terms of frequency,the number of related authors and the number of selected journals in which the keywords appeared.Results Among the 20 journals,11 were cited more than 10000 times,among which CA:A Cancer Journal for Clinicians topped with 133920 citations.The keyword group about"survival"was the most common among all the analyzed keyword groups,which appeared for 107 times;the related papers were cited 65574 times;the number authors of the related papers was the highest with 1925 authors;and the number of papers listing survival-related keywords(124 articles)was also larger than that for any other keyword groups.For all the top-cited papers,more than 1000 authors used keyword related to survival of cancer patients or immunosuppressants.Keyword groups related to cancer patient survival,immunosuppressants,and tumor markers were found in all the 20 journals.Conclusion The survival of cancer patients,immunosuppressants,tumor microenvironment,and tumor markers are the research hotspots in the field of tumor.The frequency,total citation frequency,and the ranking of related articles of high-frequency keywords are generally constant across oncology journals.The distribution of high-frequency keywords(groups)provides direction for future cancer research.
