六郁汤治疗反流性食管炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六郁汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:选取反流性食管炎患者200例,根据不同治疗方案分为两组,每组100例。观察组给予六郁汤联合奥美拉唑治疗;对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。观察两组临床疗效、治疗期间副作用发生情况及治疗前后胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)、胃动素(motilin,MTL)的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率[87.0%(87/100)]高于对照组[59.0%(59/100)](P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α及GAS水平降低,MTL水平升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后上述指标下降或升高的幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药物副作用发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:六郁汤治疗胃食管反流可明显提高临床疗效,降低血清炎性指标,提高胃动素水平,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liuyu Tang in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods:Two hundred patients with RE were selected and divided into two groups of 100 cases each according to different treatment plans.The observation group was treated with Liuyu Tang combined with omeprazole;the control group was treated with omeprazole,and both groups were treated continuously for eight weeks.To observe the clinical efficacy,the occurrence of side effects and the changes of gastrin(GAS),interleukin6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and motilin(MTL)before and after treatment in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was[87.0%(87/100)],higher than[59.0%(59/100)]of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the pre-treatment period,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and GAS were reduced and the level of MTL was elevated in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the magnitude of the above indexes decreasing or elevating in the observation group was greater than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).When comparing the incidences of drug side effects between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of gastroesophageal reflux with Liuyu Tang can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the serum inflammatory indexes,and increase the level of motilin without increasing the adverse reactions.
