清脾泻热汤联合短波紫外线对小儿溃疡性口腔炎临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清脾泻热汤联合短波紫外线(Ultraviolet C,UVC)治疗小儿溃疡性口腔炎的效果。方法:选择84例小儿溃疡性口腔炎患者为研究对象,经抽签法分为对照组(42例,以UVC联合康复新液治疗)和观察组(42例,在对照组基础上联合应用清脾泻热汤治疗),治疗14天后比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组主症、次症积分及C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素10、肿瘤坏死因子α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);退热时间、溃疡愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);T淋巴细胞CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以清脾泻热汤联合UVC及康复新液治疗溃疡性口腔炎患儿,对提高临床疗效、减轻口腔炎症反应、提升机体免疫功能均有积极意义。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of spleen-clearing and heat-purging decoction combined with short-wave ultraviolet C(UVC)on the treatment of pediatric ulcerative stomatitis.Methods:Eighty-four cases of pediatric ulcerative stomatitis patients were selected as research subjects and divided into control group(42 cases,treated with UVC combined with Kangfu Xinye)and observation group(42 cases,treated with the combined application of spleen clearing and heat-purging decoction on the basis of the control group)by lottery method,and to compare the treatment effects of the two groups after 14 days of treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms and secondary symptom,and the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin 6,interleukin 10 and tumor necrosis factorαin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);antipyretic time,the ulcer healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than these of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in T lymphocytes were higher than these of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning in the incidences of adverse reaction(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating children with ulcerative stomatitis with spleen-clearing and heat-purging decoction combined with UVC and Kangfu Xinye has positive significance in improving the clinical efficacy,reducing the oral inflammatory reaction,and enhancing the immune function of the body.
