摘　　要：直肠多发神经内分泌肿瘤是罕见的直肠恶性肿瘤,淋巴结转移风险明显增加,且微小病灶发病隐匿,治疗及随访策略目前尚未达成一致共识。在此,本文报道1例直肠多发微神经内分泌肿瘤并淋巴结转移患者,并复习相关文献,探讨该疾病的临床病理特征及诊疗经验,以期加强临床医师对直肠多发微神经内分泌肿瘤的认识。Rectal multiple neuroendocrine neoplasms is a rare malignant tumor of the rectum.The risk of lymph node metastasis is significantly increased,and the small lesions are occult.There is no consensus on the treatment and follow-up strategy.Herein,this paper reports a case of rectal multiple micro neuroendocrine neoplasms with lymph node metastasis,and reviews the relevant literature to discuss the clinicopathological features and diagnosis and treatment experience of the disease,in order to strengthen clinicians′understanding of rectal multiple micro neuroendocrine neoplasms.
