摘  要:目的探讨CAI-PBL-CBT在神经病学临床教学中的教学效果。方法选择2021年9月—2022年6月在本校进行临床医学实习的98名实习生作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各49名。研究组实习生采用CAI-PBL-CBT教学法,对照组实习生采用常规教学法。比较两组实习生理论考试成绩、临床实践技能考核成绩、实习生自我能力、批判性思维及教学满意度评分。结果研究组实习生的理论考试成绩及临床实践技能考核成绩得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生的学习情况、自学能力、掌握培训内容的程度、学习积极性评分及总分得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生的批判性思维、开放思想、系统化能力、分析能力、认知成熟度、求知欲、寻求真相评分及总分得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CAI-PBL-CBT在神经病学临床教学中应用,能够有效提高教学效果,可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the teaching effect of CAI-PPL-CBT in clinical teaching of neurology.Methods 98 clinical medical interns who received clinical practice in our school from September 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled as study subjects,and according to the random number table method,they divided into the study group(given CAI-PPL-CBT teaching method)and the control group(conventional teaching method),with 49 students in each group.The results of theory examination,clinical practice skill assessment,self-ability of interns,critical thinking and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory test and clinical practice skill test of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of learning performance,self-learning ability,mastery of training content,learning enthusiasm score and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking,open mind,systematic ability,analytical ability,cognitive maturity,intellectual curiosity,truth seeking and total scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of CAI-PPL-CBT can effectively improve the teaching effect in neurology clinical teaching,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
