摘 要:产教融合在专业学位研究生培养模式改革中占据重要地位。本文总结分析了专业学位产教融合培养模式现状及存在的产教融合体系不完善、企业端积极性不高、多元化毕业设计考核形式普及度不高等问题、基于利益相关者、融合教育改革、创新人才孵化、数字化技术等相关理论,提出多主体协同培养、跨专业融合培养、科学转化培养和数字共享培养机制及路径。为更好凸显专业学位教育的独特性,明确培养高素质应用型人才的战略定位,有必要认清我国目前专业学位教育及产教融合存在的困境,并基于产教融合的视角,深入讨论专业学位培养机制和路径,为提高专业学位培养水平、进一步提升培养基地的建设管理水平和育人功能以及推动产业创新资源与人才培养过程之间的互通互利提供建议。The integration of industry and education plays an important role in the reform of the training mode of professional degree postgraduates.This paper summarizes the professional degree education fusion training mode present situation and the existence of education fusion system,enterprise end enthusiasm is not high,diversified graduation design examination form popularity is not high,based on stakeholders,fusion education reform,innovative talent incubation,digital technology and other related theory,put forward multi-subject collaborative training,interdisciplinary integration integration training,scientific transformation and digital sharing training mechanism and path.To better highlight the uniqueness of professional degree education,clear the strategic positioning of cultivating high-quality applied talents,it is necessary to clear the professional degree education and the dilemma of production and education integration,and based on the perspective of production and education integration,further discuss professional degree training mechanism and path,in order to improve the level of professional degree training,further enhance the level of training base construction management and educational function,promote industrial innovation resources and talent training process of mutual and mutual benefit.
