摘  要:目的 探究噪声下视听双通道学龄孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童语音理解能力特征。方法 选取2023年3—7月在杭州复旦儿童医院、杭州合欣潜能发展中心、杭州启音康复中心等机构接受干预的、平均年龄为(7.00±1.11)岁的ASD儿童28例为观察组,取同期于萧山湘湖小学就读的年龄、性别匹配的健康儿童29例为对照组。将录制好的包含5个噪声下视听条件的测试材料导入E-Prime3.0进行测试,并对反应时、反应率和正确率进行统计分析。结果 两组反应时在面部和口部条件下比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),正确率在所有条件下比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),反应率在纯听条件下比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组内面部、口部条件下的反应率和正确率与其他3个条件比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),反应率在听+面部条件下与纯听条件比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组内所有参数均在口部、面部条件下与其他3个条件比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 学龄ASD儿童噪声下视听双通道语音理解能力存在缺陷,主要表现在对关键信息的提取能力、处理速度和稳定性上。面部信息对学龄ASD儿童的言语整合存在促进作用。Objective To explore the characteristics of audio-visual speech comprehension ability in school-age children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)spectrum disorder under noise.Methods A total of 28 ASD children aged(7.00±1.11)yeas old who received intervention in Hangzhou Fudan Children’s Hospital,Hangzhou Hexin Potential Development Center and Hangzhou Qiyin Rehabilitation Center,etc.institutions from March to July 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 29 healthy children with matched age and gender were selected as the control group.The recorded test materials containing 5 audio-visual conditions under noise were imported into E-Prime3.0 for testing,and statistical analysis was performed on reaction time,reaction rate,and accuracy.Results The reaction time between the two groups under facial and oral conditions was compared,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the accuracy under all conditions was compared,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The reaction rate under pure auditory conditions was compared,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The reaction rate and accuracy under facial and oral conditions in the observation group were compared to those in the other three conditions,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while the reaction rate under auditory+facial conditions was compared to that under pure auditory conditions,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).All parameters in the control group were compared to those in the other three conditions under oral and facial conditions,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion There are deficiencies in the audio-visual speech comprehension ability in school-age children with autism spectrum disorder under noise,mainly manifested in their ability to extract key information,processing speed,and stability.Facial information has a promoting effect on speech integration in school-age ASD children.
