Effect of Situational Experiential Teaching on Empathy Ability,Comprehensive Practice Ability and Teaching Satisfaction of Practice Nurses in Health Management Center

摘  要:目的:探讨对健康管理中心实习护士实施情景体验式教学对其共情能力、综合实习能力及教学满意度的影响。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月在德阳市人民医院健康管理中心实习的96名护士作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予传统教学模式进行教学,研究组在传统教学模式基础上给予情景体验式教学,比较两组实习护士教学干预后共情能力、综合实习能力及出科时教学满意度。结果:教学干预后,两组实习护士共情能力评分均高于干预前,研究组共情能力总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.939,P<0.05)。教学干预后,两组实习护士综合实习能力评分均高于干预前,研究组综合实习能力总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.430,P<0.05)。教学干预后,研究组出科时教学满意度(93.75%)高于对照组(72.92%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.308,P<0.05)。结论:情景体验式教学可提升健康管理中心实习护士的共情能力,并有效提高其综合实习能力及教学满意度。Objective:To explore the effects of situational experiential teaching on empathy ability,comprehensive practice ability and teaching satisfaction of practice nurses in health management center.Methods:A total of 96 nurses who practiced in the Health Management Center,Deyang City People’s Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was given the situational experiential teaching based on traditional teaching mode.The empathy ability,comprehensive practice ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared after the teaching intervention.Results:After the teaching intervention,the empathy ability of both groups was higher than that before the intervention,and compared with the control group,the total score of the empathy ability of the research group was higher(t=7.939,P<0.05).After teaching intervention,the comprehensive practice ability of both groups was higher than before intervention,and the total score of the comprehensive practice ability of the research group was higher than that of the control group(t=20.430,P<0.05).Compared with the control group(72.92%),the teaching satisfaction of the study group(93.75%)was higher(χ^(2)=12.308,P<0.05).Conclusion:Situational experiential teaching can improve the empathy ability of practice nurses in health management centers,and effectively improve their comprehensive practice ability and teaching satisfaction.
