摘 要:恶病质是肿瘤患者常见的临床并发症,表现为持续性体重下降、肌肉萎缩、乏力、贫血、营养不良等症状。建立肿瘤恶病质动物模型是探究其发病机制和寻找潜在治疗方法的重要策略之一。该类模型的建立有助于加深人们对恶病质发病机制的了解,以及肿瘤细胞与机体之间的相互作用,同时用于评估恶病质治疗药物的疗效和安全性。本文综述了肿瘤恶病质小鼠模型的建立及其相关分子机制的研究进展,并对肿瘤恶病质模型的构建和应用进行了讨论和展望。Cachexia is a prevalent clinical complication among cancer patients,characterized by persistent weight loss,muscle wasting,fatigue,anemia,malnutrition,and other associated symptoms.Establishing tumor cachexia animal models,particularly mouse models,is one of the important strategies to explore the pathogenesis and potential treatment methods of cachexia.These models help deepen our understanding of the pathogenesis of cachexia and the interactions between tumor cells and the host.Moreover,they facilitate the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of cachexia treatments.This review summarized the latest research progress in establishing cancer cachexia mouse models and their relevant molecular mechanisms.This paper also discussed the construction and application of tumor cachexia models and forecasted their future application.
