帕金森病照顾者心理适应现况调查分析与对策

摘　　要：目的通过调查分析帕金森病照顾者心理适应现况,分析其影响因素,提出改进对策,提升帕金森病照顾者的心理适应能力,提高帕金森患者的生活质量。方法2022年1月—2023年1月采用心理适应量表、汉化的帕金森病照顾者负担量表、照顾者准备度量表对厦门大学附属第一医院神经内科104名帕金森病照顾者进行调查,并进行统计分析,了解帕金森病照顾者心理适应现况并提出改进措施。结果帕金森病照顾者心理适应得分为(66.04±8.06)分,照顾者负担得分为(56.51±7.59)分,准备度得分为(22.38±4.79)分;帕金森病照顾者不同文化程度、经济情况的心理适应水平得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。帕金森病照顾者心理适应与照顾者负担呈负相关(r=-0.569,P<0.05),与照顾者准备度呈正相关(r=0.501,P<0.05)。结论医护人员要重视帕金森病照顾者的心理适应状态,对照顾负担重、照顾准备度差、文化程度低、经济情况差的照顾者分析其照护负担的原因并提供心理疏导,提升照顾者的心理适应能力,并提供帕金森病照护知识指导,从而提高照顾者的照顾能力,提高帕金森患者的生活质量。Objective Through investigation and analysis of the psychological adaptation status of the caregivers of Parkinson's disease,to analyze its influencing factors,and put forward countermeasures to improve the psychological adaptation ability of the caregiversand improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,104 cases of Parkinson's disease caregivers in the department of neurology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were investigated by using the psychological adjustment scale,the Chinese-language Parkinson's disease caregiver Burden scale and the caregiver readiness scale,and statistical analysis was carried out to understand the current situation of psychological adjustment of Parkinson's disease caregivers and put forward improvement measures.Results The scores of psychological adaptation,caregiver burden and readiness were(66.04±8.06)points,(56.51±7.59)points and(22.38±4.79)points respectively.There were significant differences in the scores of psychological adaptation level among the caregivers of Parkinson's disease with different educational level and economic status(P<0.05).Analysis showed that psychological adjustment of Parkinson's disease caregivers was negatively correlated with caregiver burden(r=-0.569,P<0.05),and positively correlated with caregiver readiness(r=0.501,P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological adaptation of caregivers with Parkinson's disease,analyze the causes of the care burden of caregivers with heavy care burden,poor care readiness,low education level and poor economic situation,and provide psychological counseling to improve the psychological adaptation ability of caregivers,and provide knowledge and guidance on Parkinson's disease care.It can improve the caregiving ability of caregivers and improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease.
