摘　　要：脾脏原发性血管肉瘤作为一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,在诊断治疗等方面均尚处于研究阶段。脾脏原发性血管肉瘤的病理机制十分复杂,如肿瘤放化疗、毒物质等均是其影响因素。且脾脏原发性血管肉瘤治疗预后效果极差,手术加放化疗辅助,患者平均生存期不足6个月,且相关治疗方案尚未形成标准化,探索性研究仍是当前对于脾脏原发性血管肉瘤治疗的现状。文章从脾脏原发性血管肉瘤的临床研究出发,以脾脏原发性血管肉瘤、病理、诊断、治疗、进展等为关键词,基于万方、知网、维普等搜索平台,围绕脾脏原发性血管肉瘤的临床病理、治疗方法2个方面就国内外相关研究报道进行文献综述研究,旨在为脾脏原发性血管肉瘤的病理特征研究、临床治疗创新提供更加完备的参考资料。Primary vascular sarcoma of the spleen,as a rare malignant tumor,is still in the research stage in terms of diagnosis and treatment.The pathological mechanism of primary splenic angiosarcoma is very complex,such as tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy,toxic substances,etc.,which are all influencing factors.Moreover,the prognosis for the treatment of primary splenic angiosarcoma is extremely poor,with surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The average survival time of patients is less than 6 months,and the relevant treatment plans have not yet formed standardization.Exploratory research is still the current situation for the treatment of primary splenic angiosarcoma.Starting from the clinical research of primary splenic vascular sarcoma,this article takes the keywords of primary splenic vascular sarcoma,pathology,diagnosis,treatment,progress,etc.,based on search platforms such as Wanfang,CNKI,and VIP,and focuses on the clinical pathology and treatment methods of primary splenic vascular sarcoma.A literature review is conducted on relevant research reports at home and abroad,aiming to provide more comprehensive reference materials for the pathological characteristics research and clinical treatment innovation of primary splenic vascular sarcoma.
