摘　　要：在工业全球化的浪潮下,生产制造型企业面临着愈发严峻的国内外竞争环境,如生产周期缩减、原材料价格上涨、用工成本上升、生产流水线工作量不饱和等诸多问题,制约着产品质量水平的提升,这种对产品质量的影响涉及整个供应链的上下游。而作为生产制造型企业,特别是作为终端产品制造的主机厂,除了要面对自身质量控制的压力外,供应商甚至分供方的产品源头质量问题也愈发突出,直接影响产品关键质量指标的实现。因此,此类企业应当利用自身质量管理体系健全、质量控制流程成熟、质量管理手段丰富的优势,帮扶供应商完成其内部的质量管理升级,培育出具有较高质量控制水平的供应商,特别是核心零部件及关键零部件供应商。本文通过对生产制造型企业供应商产品质量问题及其影响进行分析和研究,提出了一套供应商培育方案,用以提升企业供应商质量管理水平,做好从源头质量控制,达到提升最终产品质量的目标。Under the tide of industrial globalization,manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly severe domestic and foreign competition environment,such as production cycle reduction,raw material price rise,labor cost rise,production line workload saturation and many other problems,restricting the improvement of product quality level,such impact on product quality involves the upstream and downstream of the entire supply chain.A manufacturing enterprise,in particular,as an OEMs for end-product manufacturing,in addition to facing the pressure of their own quality control,suppliers and even sub-suppliers have increasingly prominent product source quality problems,which directly affect the realization of product key quality indicators.Therefore,such enterprises should use their own advantages of sound quality management system,mature quality control process and rich quality management means to help suppliers complete their internal quality management upgrade and cultivate suppliers with high quality control level,especially core parts and key parts suppliers.Through analyzing and studying the quality problems of suppliers of manufacturing enterprises and their effects,this paper puts forward a set of supplier cultivation scheme to improve the quality management level of suppliers of enterprises,do a good job in quality control from the source,and achieve the goal of improving the quality of final products.
