摘  要:培养儿科医师,不仅要专业技术过硬,思想品德更要高尚,更要发自内心热爱儿科事业。因此,本文以实现“三全育人”为目标,以课程思政元素与中医儿科学教学过程有机融合为目的,从课程思政融入中医儿科学教学的必要性、课程思政融入中医儿科学教学的具体措施2个方面进行探讨,通过集体备课、专题培训、申报课题等形式,提升教师的教学能力,从而为中医儿科学课程思政建设提供思路和方法。To cultivate pediatricians,we should not only have excellent professional skills and noble ideological and moral character,but also love the cause of pediatrics from the heart.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of"three whole education",this paper aims at the organic integration of curriculum ideological and political elements and the teaching process of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses the necessity of integrating curriculum ideological and political elements into pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,and the specific measures of integrating curriculum ideological and political elements into pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Through collective lesson preparation,special training,reporting topics and other forms,teachers'teaching ability is improved,so as to provide ideas and methods for the ideological and political construction of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.
