摘　　要：高脂饮食的大量摄入及久坐少动生活方式的改变使非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholicfattyliverdisease,NAFLD)等代谢性疾病发病率逐年上升,但目前临床并无针对性药物,仅利用降糖降脂等药物间接治疗,无法完全治愈,因此创新非药物生活方式策略治疗NAFLD的需求十分迫切。饮食干预措施具有治疗各种慢性疾病的潜力,食物不仅在提供营养方面起着重要作用,还可以成为预防和治疗疾病的有力工具。灵芝具有悠久的食用和药用历史,含有多种营养成分和活性成分,对人体健康具有重大益处,特别是在保肝护肝、提升免疫力等方面具有特色性优势。为进一步了解灵芝对NAFLD的防治作用,本文通过调研国内外相关研究,从肝脏脂质代谢、氧化应激、炎症免疫与肠道菌群等多方面综合阐述了灵芝防治NAFLD的潜力及作用机制,为灵芝在日常膳食中发挥其防治疾病和维护健康的作用提供理论参考和依据,并为灵芝的科学利用提供思路。The incidence of metabolic diseases such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is increasing year by year due to the large intake of high-fat diet and the change of sedentary lifestyle.However,there is no targeted drug in clinical practice,and only indirect treatment with drugs such as hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering,which can’t be completely cured.Therefore,it is urgent to innovate non-drug lifestyle strategies to treat NAFLD.Dietary interventions have the potential to treat various chronic diseases.Food plays an important role in providing nutrition and can also be a powerful tool for preventing and treating diseases.Ganoderma lucidum has a long history of edible and medicinal use.It contains a variety of nutrients and active ingredients,which is of great benefit to human health,especially in protecting liver and improving immunity.To further understand the preventive and therapeutic effects of Ganoderma lucidum on NAFLD,this review comprehensively expounded the potential and mechanism of Ganoderma lucidum in preventing and treating NAFLD from the aspects of liver lipid metabolism,oxidative stress,inflammatory immunity and intestinal flora by investigating relevant studies at home and abroad.It’s to provide a theoretical reference and basis for Ganoderma lucidum to play a role in preventing disease and maintaining health in daily diet,and provide ideas for the scientific utilization of Ganoderma lucidum.
