摘  要:高密度光电互连系统作为超导量子计算机的核心组成部分,为了避免禁运风险,掌握关键技术,国内相关单位也启动研制代替产品。本文介绍了高密度微波互连系统产品的国内外进展,结合中国电科8所(安徽省量子信息高密度光电互连工程研究中心)自主创新成果,从结构、性能等方面探讨了三代高密度信号总线方案,提出了未来超导量子计算机高密度微波互连系统的发展方向,为尽快缩小与国外超导量子计算机的差距提供信号总线互连技术的支撑。High-density photoelectric interconnection system is the core component of superconducting quantum computer.In order to aviod the risk of embargo and master the key technology,domestic relevant enterprises have also started to develop alternative product.This paper introducced the development of high density microwave interconnection system products at home and abroad.Combined with the independent innovation achievements of the Eighth Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation(Anhui Quantum Information High Density Optoelectronic Interconnection Engineering Research Center),the scheme of three generations high density signal bus from the aspects of structure and performance was discussed,and the development direction of high density microwave interconnect system of superconducting quantum computer in the future was puted forward.In order to narrow the gap with the foreign superconducting quantum computer,as soon as possible to provide the support of signal bus interconnect technology.
