摘　　要：供应商管理作为企业的战略管理要素之一,对企业保持核心竞争力起到了日益重要的作用,相比采购供应商,外包供应商的管理难点和不确定性更为突出,基于上级要求和产品特点开展外包供应商差异化管控,充分释放供应商优质资源,加快推进企业高质量发展变得十分迫切。本文通过对外包产品分类、准入认定、过程控制、关系管理等方面进行不同层级管控模式的分析研究,进而完善外包供应商管理体系,提升外包供应商管理效能,降低外包供应商产品风险。As a component of an enterprise's strategic management,supplier management plays an increasingly important role in maintaining the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Compared with procurement suppliers,outsourced suppliers involve greater difficulties in management and uncertainties.As per supervisor's instructions and product characteristics,it has become necessary to implement differentiated management for outsourcing suppliers,in order to fully utilize the high-quality supplier resources and propel the development of these enterprises.This article analyzes and examines different levels of management and control modes in terms of outsourcing product classification,access identification,process control,supply source relationship management,etc.,to improve the outsourcing supplier management,increase its efficiency,and reduce outsourcing supplier product risks.
