摘 要:在航天产业逐年发展壮大的情况下,产品竞争日益激烈,供应链的健壮性直接影响航天企业的发展,拥有一支优秀的供应商团队,并对供应商团队采取有效的管理是保障供应链健壮性的基本条件。面对供应商提供的材料种类多、技术指标要求高、供应进度紧的现状,传统的单一供应商管理模式已不再适用。本文立足于航天型号供应商的特点,以合作关系的依赖程度为分类视角,构建分类的二维矩阵模型,将航天型号供应商分为供应方主导型供应商、采购方主导型供应商、相互独立型供应商、相互依赖型供应商4种类型,并研究提出了4类供应商的管理方案及措施。As the aerospace industry expands every year,the competition in model production becomes increasingly intense,and the stability of the supply chain can directly affect the development of aerospace enterprises.Keeping an excellent supplier team and ensuring the effectiveness of its management are fundamental to maintaining the stability of the supply chain.Given the current situation where suppliers provide varied types of materials with rigorous technical-specific requirements and tight supply schedules,the traditional single-supplier management model is no longer applicable.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of aerospace model suppliers,this paper constructs a two-dimensional matrix model of classification from the standpoint of the degree of dependence of the cooperative relationship and categorizes aerospace model suppliers into four groups:supplier-led suppliers,production-led suppliers,mutually independent suppliers,interdependent suppliers,and then explores the means of management for these four types of suppliers.
