摘　　要：本文介绍了航天型号任务研制特点及供应链管理现状,论证了实施穿透式敏捷供应链管理的必要性。针对科研生产面临的多品种、多状态交织的新形势,构建了全级次穿透式供应链管理模型。结合单位实际,探索了适合本地化的供应链管理策略,以提升供应链管理水平,助力航天事业高质量、高效率、高效益发展。This paper introduces the development characteristics of aerospace model missions and the current situation of its supply chain management,and demonstrates the advantages of applying Agile Supply Chain Management based on the Penetrating Model.This paper proposes the construction of a complete sub-penetrating supply chain management model as the types of our products have diversified and stages of production have varied.This paper explores strategies of supply chain management that suit the actuality of the company as well as its local society,so as to improve the efficiency of the supply chain management and contribute to the advancement of the space industry.
