摘　　要：目的探讨经颅微电流刺激联合盐酸丁螺环酮片治疗精神分裂症后抑郁(PSD)的疗效及安全性。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月抚州市第三医院收治的58例PSD患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组29例。两组均给予利培酮治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予盐酸丁螺环酮片治疗,研究组给予经颅微电流刺激联合盐酸丁螺环酮片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心理状态[汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分]、社会功能缺陷[社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分]及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的68.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组HAMD、SDSS评分组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2、4、6周,两组HAMD、SDSS评分均低于前一时间点,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.89%,低于对照组的31.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅微电流刺激联合盐酸丁螺环酮片治疗PSD临床疗效显著,可缓解患者抑郁症状,强化神经功能,提高患者社会功能,减少不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of transcranial micro-current stimulation combined with buspirone hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of post-schizophrenic depression(PSD).Methods 58 PSD patients admitted to the Third Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 29 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with risperidone,on this basis,the control group was treated with buspirone hydrochloride tablets,and the study group was treated with transcranial microcurrent stimulation combined with buspirone hydrochloride tablets.The clinical efficacy,psychological status(Hamilton depression scale[HAMD]scores),social function defects(social disability screening schedule[SDSS]scores)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than 68.97%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences of the HAMD and SDSS score between two groups of group,time points and interaction(P<0.05);at 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment,the HAMD and SDSS scores of the two groups were lower than those at the previous time point,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.89%,which was lower than 31.03%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial micro-current stimulation combined with buspirone hydrochloride tablets has the significant clinical effect in the treatment of PSD,it can alleviate the depressive symptoms of patients,strengthen the neurological function,improve the social function of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
