加味芍药汤联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨加味芍药汤联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2022年5月湖北省地质职工医院收治的82例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采用美沙拉秦缓释颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味芍药汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后炎症因子[白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子ɑ(TNF-ɑ)]水平、免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)、NK、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及生命质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-1、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD4^(+)、NK、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组情感能力、全身症状、社会能力、肠道症状评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味芍药汤联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎可有效降低机体炎症反应,改善免疫功能,提高生命质量水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Shaoyao decoction combined with mesalazine sustained-release granules on ulcerative colitis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods 82 patients with ulcerative colitis admit-ted to Hubei Geological Workers Hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with me-salazine sustained-release granules,and the observation group was treated with modified Shaoyao decoction on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors(interleukin-1[IL-1],interleukin-8[IL-8],tumor necrosis factor-ɑ[TNF-ɑ]),immune function index-es(CD4^(+),NK,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-1,IL-8 and TNF-αof the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),NK and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of emotional ability,systemic symptoms,social ability and intestinal symptoms of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shaoyao decoction combined with mesalazine sustained-release granules in the treatment of ulcerative col
