麦味地黄汤加味联合化疗治疗肺肾阴虚型肺鳞癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察麦味地黄汤加味联合化疗治疗肺肾阴虚型肺鳞癌的临床疗效。方法选择60例肺肾阴虚型肺鳞癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予GP方案化疗及支持对症治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用麦味地黄汤加味治疗。21天为1周期,2周期后评价疗效。观察两组治疗后临床疗效、中医临床证候变化、不良反应、生活质量。结果治疗前与治疗2周期后,观察组生活质量提高优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中医证候疗效总改善率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞数目下降、血小板计数下降、胃肠道反应发生等情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦味地黄汤加味联合化疗治疗肺肾阴虚型肺鳞癌能提高临床疗效,较好改善临床症状,减少不良反应发生,改善生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung squamous cell carcinoma with Yin deficiency of lung and kidney.Method Sixty patients suffering from lung squamous cell carcinoma with Yin deficiency of lung and kidney were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received GP regimen chemotherapy and supportive symptomatic treatment.The observation group was treated with modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.21 days is considered as one cycle,and the efficacy was evaluated after two cycles.The clinical efficacy,changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical syndromes,adverse reactions,and quality of life in the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The quality of life in the observation group was improved and better than that in the control group before and after two cycles of treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the overall improvement rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was compared,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed better improvement in white blood cell count,platelet count,and incidence of gastrointestinal reactions than the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction combined with chemotherapy can enhance clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,and elevate the quality of life in the treatment of lung squamous cell carcinoma with Yin deficiency of lung and kidney.
