摘 要:对比研究不同流量下A^(2)O和A^(2)O-BAF系统的脱氮性能和功能微生物多样性。结果表明,高进水流量冲击时A^(2)O-BAF系统的微生物较A^(2)O系统更丰富,少量的硝化菌(1%)即可发挥较强的硝化作用,且硝化、反硝化效率更稳定、适应冲击负荷的能力更强。系统中Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Actinobacteria等门类发挥主要的硝化反、硝化作用。进一步研究了滤池不同层深的陶粒附着生物膜量及微生物多样性,探讨陶粒附着生物膜与层深之间的关系,以及对废水处理效果的影响。为优化废水处理系统的设计、提高污水处理效率、减少运营成本提供参考。The performance of A^(2)O and A^(2)O-BAF systems in removing nitrogen and their microbial diversity were compared at various flow rates.The findings revealed that the A^(2)O-BAF system had more microorganisms than theA^(2)Osystem,and a small percentage of nitrifying bacteria(1%)played a stronger role in nitrification.The nitrification and denitrification efficiency of the A^(2)O-BAF system was more stable,and it had a greater ability to adapt to impact load.The key players in the system for nitrification and denitrification are Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria.Furthermore,the amount of biofilm attached to ceramics and microbial diversity in different filter layers were examined,and the correlation between biofilm and layer depth was explored,as well as the impact of wastewater treatment.It is crucial to optimize the design of wastewater treatment systems,enhance treatment efficiency,and minimize operating costs.
