摘　　要：高等教育国际化是“双一流”建设的关键指标,也是建设高质量高等教育体系的内在要求。内蒙古大力推进高等教育国际化对于提升人才培养质量、提高科学研究水平、建设高水平教师队伍、构建高质量教育体系等具有深远影响。在新时代背景下,内蒙古应充分利用地缘优势、政治互信、经济外溢等有利条件和发展机遇,健全协同育人机制,建设国际人才培养高地;构建科研协同创新机制,打造国际科学研究平台;秉持开放办学、合作办学理念,突破中外合作办学机构与项目建设的瓶颈。The internationalization of higher education is a crucial benchmark in the development of“double first-class”institutions and is essential for establishing a top-tier higher education system.This internationalization,especially in Inner Mongolia,plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of education,elevating research standards,building a high-level teacher team,and constructing a high-quality education system.As we step into a new era,Inner Mongolia must leverage its unique geographical position,build on political goodwill,and capitalize on economic benefits to enhance collaborative educational frameworks and establish a hub for cultivating international talents.Moreover,it is vital to foster a system of joint innovation in scientific research,aiming to create a globally recognized research platform.By embracing an open-minded approach to education and collaboration,Inner Mongolia is poised to transcend barriers in Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions and project construction.
