摘  要:本研究对53名东部沿海居民血清中25种多氟/全氟化合物(PFASs)含量进行测定,分析PFASs浓度与肝肾功能指标碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清肌酐(SCR),抗RO52抗体等血清参数的关联性。血清中共检出14种PFASs,∑_(14)PFASs浓度范围为5.48~297 ng·mL^(-1),其中全氟辛烷羧酸(PFOA)与全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)为主要污染物,中位数分别为9.90 ng·mL^(-1)和7.45 ng·mL^(-1)。氯代多氟烷基醚磺酸(6:2 Cl-PFESA)是唯一检测到的新型多氟化合物,中位数为0.84 ng·mL^(-1)。全氟丁酸(PFBA)与ALP成正相关(r=0.588,P<0.05),说明PFBA浓度的增高可能会引起肝功能受损,PFOS与SCR呈负相关(r=-0.605,P<0.05),PFOS的暴露会对肾功能产生不良影响,全氟壬酸(PFNA)与抗RO52抗体滴度呈负相关性(r=-0.768,P<0.01),PFNA可能是自身免疫系统疾病的潜在致病因素。In this study,we quantified twenty-five types of poly-and perfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)in the serum of 53 residents from eastern coastal areas in China to investigate the associations between PFAS exposure and v arious biomarkers of liver and kidney function.These biomarkers included alkaline phosphatase(ALP),serum c reatinine(SCR),and anti-RO52 antibody levels,among others.We detected 14 PFASs in the serum samples,with total concentrations(∑_(14)PFASs)ranging from 5.48 to 297 ng·mL^(-1).Perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)and p erfluorooctanesulfonic acid(PFOS)were the predominant contaminants,exhibiting median concentrations of 9.90 ng·mL^(-1)and 7.45 ng·mL^(-1),respectively.The only emerging polyfluorinated compound identified was chlorinated polyfluoroalkyl ether sulfonic acid(6:2 Cl-PFESA),with a median concentration of 0.84 ng·mL^(-1).Notably,p erfluorobutanoic acid(PFBA)showed a significant positive correlation with ALP(r=0.588,P<0.05),suggesting that increased PFBA levels may impair liver function.Conversely,PFOS was significantly negatively correlated with serum creatinine(r=-0.605,P<0.05),indicating its detrimental effects on renal function.Additionally,a s ignificant negative correlation was observed between perfluorononanoic acid(PFNA)and anti-RO52 antibody t iters(r=-0.768,P<0.01),highlighting PFNA as a potential risk factor for autoimmune diseases.
