摘 要:该文结合工程实例,对水泥混凝土路面全厚式移动破碎就地冷再生技术的施工工艺和技术特点进行概述。相比于传统路面的养护改造技术,这项水泥路面就地冷再生技术具有比其他工艺先进的优势,实践证明,冷再生与水稳层一次成型施工方法是可行的,可靠的。这种施工方法不仅在技术上可行、质量上可靠,还做到了旧料利用,经济环保,更是大幅缩短了工期,减少对交通的影响,特别是对于大交通流量线路上施工,具有明显的优势,加快水泥路面养护改造的步伐。Combined with an engineering example,this paper summarizes the construction technology and technical characteristics of full-thickness moving crushing and in-situ cold recycling of cement concrete pavement.Compared with the traditional pavement maintenance and reconstruction technology,this cement pavement in-situ cold recycling technology has more advanced advantages than other technology.Practice has proved that the one-time forming construction method of cold regeneration and water stabilized layer is feasible and reliable.This construction method is not only technically feasible and reliable in quality,but also achieves the use of old materials,economy and environmental protection,but also greatly shortens the construction period and reduces the impact on the original traffic,especially for the construction on the line with large traffic flow,which has obvious advantages and accelerates the pace of maintenance and transformation of cement pavement.
