Cognitive impairments can lead to progressive damage of cognitive function, imposing a heavy burden on families and society.Currently, there are no effective pharmacological treatments for cognitive impairments.Cognitive training has become an important non-pharmacological intervention for the elderly with cognitive impairments. With the development of cognitive neuroscience and digital technology, reasonable and effective digital cognitive training holds significant value in delaying the progression of cognitive impairment diseases. This study, guided by the"cognitive reserve"hypothesis, summarizes the research progress of digital cognitive training at home and abroad, including adaptive difficulty cognitive training, virtual reality-based cognitive training,neuro-regulation technology cognitive training, intelligent physical exercise cognitive training, serious game cognitive training, digital art cognitive training, etc. The aim is to provide more personalized and effective intervention methods for patients with cognitive impairment and provide reference for the development of new treatment strategies.
