摘　　要：基于体育强国建设战略背景,将社会支持理论引入青少年体质健康领域,采取定性和定量分析相结合的研究方法,通过构建青少年体质健康促进的社会支持运行机制的结构方程模型,甄选影响社会支持机制运行效果的关键变量,为青少年体质健康促进的社会支持系统的构建提供实证支持。宏观上深化青少年体质健康协同治理的理念认同,中观上优化青少年体质健康促进的社会支持运行机制,微观上构建青少年体质健康社会支持多元主体间的伙伴关系,同时需营造青少年体质健康社会支持的外部环境。实现宏观、中观、微观“三个层面”加“一个外部环境”的立体社会支持系统,为青少年体质健康促进相关政策的制定提供思路和有益参考。Based on building a strong sports country,the theory of social support is introduced into the construction of adolescent physical health.Qualitative and quantitative methods are therefore adopted to construct the structural equation model of the social support operation mechanism,and the key variables are selected in order to achieve a three-dimensional social support system that combines macro,meso,and micro levels with an external environment,providing ideas and useful references for promoting the physical health of adolescents.
