摘  要:以酒糟为基质,考查了温度和含固率对其干式厌氧发酵过程的影响。结果表明,随着温度升高(25℃~55℃),酒糟中纤维素和半纤维素等物质的降解效率不断提高,并能显著提升甲烷的产量和产率。高温(55℃)条件下的累积甲烷产量是常温(25℃)条件下的3倍以上,且出现多个产气高峰。基质固体浓度(TS)由15%提高至20%时,发酵系统不会出现酸积累现象,反应器内的pH稳定在7.0左右,甲烷产量、挥发性固体(VS)去除效率随TS增加而提高,但进一步提高TS含量(25%~30%)会导致系统pH值降低,基质转化效率下降并抑制发酵过程,最终降低甲烷的产量和产率。因此,高温(55℃)和20%的TS浓度是酒糟甲烷发酵的最佳操作条件。研究结果将为酒糟的干式厌氧发酵过程提供一定的理论依据。Effect of temperatures and total solid content on the dry fermentation of stillage was investigated in this study.It was found that the degradation rates of cellulose and hemicelluloses increased with the increase of temperature(from 25℃to 55℃),which significantly promoted the methane yield and productivity.The accumulative methane yield under 55℃was three times higher than that under 25℃and several gas production peaks were observed during the fermentation.When the total solid content(TS)increased from 15%to 20%,the acid accumulation was not found and the pH value in the fermentors stabilized around 7.0,the methane yield and volatile solid(VS)removal rate were promoted with the increase in TS content.However,further increasing the TS(25%~30%)would reduce the pH,which results in the reduction of substrate removal,restricts the fermentation processes,and finally lowers the methane yield and productivity.Thus,the 55℃and TS content of 20%were the optimal conditions for methane production from the stillage.The results will provide some theoretical foundation for the dry fermentation of the stillage.
