摘 要:通过对118位高校教师的评价素养进行问卷调查,发现当前高校教师在评价知识学习、技能应用和责任履行方面存在一定的不足。教龄长、资历高的教师通常具有更高的评价素养水平。同时,教师在不同课程中展现出的评价素养也有明显的差异性。鉴于此,应通过扩展教师提升评价技能的途径、拓宽教师获取评价知识的渠道、督促教师履行评价责任等措施,深化对评价重要性的理解,提升他们的评价能力,并有效运用评价工具,从而达到提高教学质量的目标。Through a questionnaire survey on the evaluation literacy of 118 teachers in colleges and universities,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the evaluation of knowledge learning,skill application and responsibility performance.Teachers with long teaching years and high qualifications usually have better evaluation literacy.Meanwhile,their evaluation literacy in different courses also has obvious differences.Accordingly,the teachers should deepen the understanding of the importance of evaluation,improve their evaluation ability,and effectively use evaluation tools by expanding the ways for teachers to improve their evaluation skills,broadening the channels for teachers to acquire evaluation knowledge,and urging teachers to fulfill their evaluation responsibilities,so as to achieve the goal of improving teaching quality.
