摘  要:目的探讨肿瘤专科医院护士工作投入与自我效能的关系。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选用一般资料调查表、工作投入调查表和自我效能调查表,对北京市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院的771名护士进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关性分析,探讨肿瘤专科医院护士自我效能和工作投入的相关性。采用多元线性回归分析,探讨影响专科医院护士工作投入的独立影响因素。结果肿瘤专科医院护士的自我效能感量表总分为(31.80±0.17)分,工作投入量表总分为(50.50±0.37)分。肿瘤专科医院护士的工作投入度与性别、职称、聘用形式、月收入、婚姻状况有关(均P<0.05),肿瘤专科护士的自我效能与聘用形式有关(P=0.005)。相关性分析结果显示,肿瘤专科医院护士的自我效能与工作投入及其活力维度、奉献维度、专注维度均呈正相关(r值分别为0.560、0.557、0.543和0.477,均P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,肿瘤专科医院护士的婚姻状况和自我效能得分是其工作投入的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论肿瘤专科医院护士的自我效能可以提高工作投入度。护理管理者应采取积极措施提高护士自我效能,以提高其工作投入水平,进而促进护理安全,提高护理质量。Objective To examine the correlation between nurses'job engagement and selfefficacy in cancer hospitals.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to collect information from 771 nurses in a Class A tertiary cancer hospital in Beijing.Participants completed a general information questionnaire,a job engagement questionnaire and a self-efficacy questionnaire.Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between nurses'self-efficacy and job engagement in cancer hospitals.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to investigate independent influencing factors of nurses'job engagement in specialized hospitals.Results The overall score of the self-efficacy scale was(31.80±0.17).The overall score of the Job Engagement Scale was(50.50±0.37).Nurses'job engagement was related to gender,professional title,employment form,monthly income and marital status(all P<0.05),and their self-efficacy was related to employment form(P=0.005).Correlation analysis showed significant positive correlations between self-efficacy and job engagement and its vigor,dedication and absorption dimensions(r=0.560,0.557,0.543 and 0.477,P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status and self-efficacy are independent influencing factors of job engagement(both P<0.05).Conclusions Selfefficacy can improve the work engagement of nurses in cancer hospitals.Managers should take active measures to improve nurses'self-efficacy,so as to improve their work engagement levels,and promote nursing safety and quality.
