摘  要:为提高建筑施工项目现场管理质量,采用案例分析法,以广州M项目为例,从组织、材料、成本等方面逐一分析了M项目现场管理问题,强调了各项问题的存在对案例项目所带来的负面影响,同时指出了采取措施解决各项问题的重要性。在此基础上,提出了对应的管理方法,从更精细的视角细化管理方法,内容涵盖组织管理方法、材料管理方法、成本管理方法、进度管理方法、安全以及质量管理方法几方面内容,旨在利用更精细的管理措施,尽可能地减少施工损耗,保证项目处于成本管控最优状态。研究结论表明,上述措施的实施有助于改善M项目现场管理的整体效果,未来,建筑施工项目可结合自身的需求,明确现场管理问题,同时从组织、材料、成本等多方面出发解决问题。In order to improve the quality of on-site management of construction projects,a case study method was adopted.Taking the M project in Guangzhou as an example,the management problems of the M project were analyzed from the aspects of organization,materials,cost,etc.,emphasizing the negative impact of each problem on the case project.At the same time,the importance of taking measures to solve each problem was pointed out.On this basis,corresponding management methods were proposed to refine the management methods from a more refined perspective,covering organizational management methods,material management methods,cost management methods,schedule management methods,safety and quality management methods.The aim is to use more refined management measures to minimize construction losses and ensure that the project is in the optimal state of cost control.The conclusion indicates that the implementation of the above measures will help improve the overall effectiveness of on-site management in M project.In the future,construction projects can combine their own needs,clarify on-site management issues,and solve problems from multiple aspects such as organization,materials,and cost.
