摘  要:针对传统人工消毒不彻底、不能实时检测空气中细菌微生物含量的问题,该文基于生物技术、嵌入式技术和无线通信技术对电梯轿厢智能化消毒系统进行设计,该系统以STM32为主控芯片,采用生物技术沉降法建立CO_(2)浓度与空气中细菌微生物含量关系,通过实时检测CO_(2)浓度来解决空气中细菌微生物实时检测的问题;数据经检测处理后进行显示,并采取智能消毒控制,同时将数据上传至ONENET平台并传输给APP,通过APP也可进行实时监测、记录和控制。测试表明,该系统方案为空气中细菌微生物实时检测提供了一种新的参考方法,完成了预期的设计要求,达到了实时智能化消毒的目的。Aiming at the problem that traditional manual disinfection is not thorough and the bacterial and microbial content in the air cannot be detected in real time,based on biotechnology,embedded technology and wireless communication technology,this paper designs an intelligent disinfection system for elevator car,which takes STM32 as the main control chip and uses the biological sedimentation method to establish the relationship between CO_(2) concentration and bacterial and microbial content in air.The problem of realtime detection of bacteria and microorganisms in the air can be solved through real-time detection of CO_(2) concentration.The data will be displayed after detection and processing,and intelligent disinfection control will be adopted.At the same time,the data will be uploaded to the ONENET platform and transmitted to the APP,which can also be used for real-time monitoring,recording and control.The test shows that the system scheme provides a new reference method for realtime detection of bacteria and microorganisms in the air,which fulfills the expected design requirements and achieves the goal of real-time intelligent disinfection.
