摘 要:农业机械智能化技术研究对农业生产领域有着重要意义,智能化、自动化是国内谷物收获机械的发展方向和必然趋势。谷物联合收获机的作业效率及清选结果直接受机械自身清选系统影响,相比于欧美等发达国家,我国谷物联合收获机清选系统自动化程度较低。因此,如何提高谷物联合收获机清选系统性能是重中之重。通过阐述清选系统的基本结构,并对清选系统的损失监测和自适应控制系统方面进行研究现状总结,同时分析当前谷物联合收获机清选系统问题,对其未来发展进行合理展望。为适应现代农业收获作业需求,推动谷物联合收获机清选系统改进与升级提供参考。The research on intelligent technology of agricultural machinery is of great significance to the field of agricultural production,and intelligence and automation are the development direction and inevitable trend of domestic grain harvesting machinery.The operation efficiency and cleaning results of the grain combine harvester are directly affected by the cleaning system of the machinery itself,and compared with developed countries such as Europe and the United States,the automation degree of the cleaning system of the grain combine harvester in China is low.Therefore,how to improve the performance of the grain combine cleaning system is the top priority.This paper expounds the basic structure of the cleaning system,summarizes the research status of the loss monitoring and adaptive control system of the cleaning system,analyzes the current problems of the cleaning system of the grain combine harvester,and makes a reasonable prospect for its future development.In order to meet the needs of modern agricultural harvesting operations,it provides a reference for promoting the improvement and upgrading of the cleaning system of grain combine harvesters.
