摘　　要：马克思恩格斯社会福利思想生成于对资本主义社会福利状况的批判,他们对社会福利的构建设想以人的需要和社会解放为旨归,对促进共同富裕和推进中国式现代化具有重要指导意义。马克思恩格斯科学地阐明了社会福利的基本功能和主要原则,强调了社会福利资金的主要来源,诠释了社会福利的作用场域和终极目标。新时代贯彻马克思恩格斯社会福利思想,一要立足于社会主义初级阶段实际,准确把握社会福利的历史方位;二要从人民和社会需要出发,全面认识社会福利的基本内涵;三要从物质生产规律出发,巩固和拓展社会福利的物质基础;四要从制度功能出发,不断完善社会福利的经济制度基础。The social welfare thought of Marx and Engels originated from the criticism of the welfare situation in capitalist society.Marx and Engels'assumptions on the construction of social welfare are aimed at human needs and social liberation,and have important guiding significance for promoting common prosperity and promoting Chinese path to modernization.Marx and Engels scientifically expounded the basic functions and main principles of social welfare,emphasized the main sources of social welfare funds,and interpreted the field of action and ultimate goals of social welfare.To implement Marx and Engels'social welfare ideology in the new era,firstly,we must base ourselves on the primary stage of socialism and accurately grasp the historical orientation of social welfare.Secondly,we must start from the needs of the people and society,comprehensively understand the basic connotation of social welfare.Thirdly,starting from the laws of material production,we must consolidate and expand the material foundation of social welfare.The fourth is to start from the institutional function and continuously improve the economic system foundation of social welfare.
