摘  要:激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)是一种多元素同测技术,具有制样简单、检测速度快、对环境容忍度高、可实现远程测量、具备在线分析能力等特点,在乏燃料后处理中的工艺过程控制及设施安全运行监测中具有极大优势。近年来利用激光诱导击穿光谱进行核材料的分析研究逐渐增多,文章对激光诱导击穿光谱在熔盐、废气及气态铀、高放废液及固化体、表面沾污、合金及其氧化物检测等方面的研究进展进行介绍,并对其在定量分析中存在的问题进行总结,对未来在核领域的发展进行了展望。Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)is a multi-element simultaneous measurement technology,and it has the characteristics of simple sample preparation,fast detection speed,high environmental tolerance,remote measurement and online analysis ability.LIBS has great advantages in the process control of spent fuel reprocessing and the safe operation monitoring of facilities.In recent years,there are more and more reports about the analysis of nuclear materials by LIBS.In this paper,the research progress of LIBS in detection of molten salt,off-gas and gaseous uranium,high-level liquid waste and vitrification,surface contamination,alloy and their oxides were reviewed.The existing problems in quantitative analysis were summarized.The future development in the nuclear field was expected.
